Women in Business

As part of a project for the 2023 – 2024 School Year Northmont DECA senior members Sophia Gorretta and Kylah Skaroupka are seeking women in business in the marketing, management, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and finance fields to help with a one-day seminar for high school girls to help them understand the following topics:

  • Networking
  • Resume Building
  • Interview Skills
  • Leadership Skill

The “She Means Business”  event will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Northmont High School and runs from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with lunch included.

We are looking for women in business who would be interested in being small group leaders to help the local high school girls become what it takes to be the next female leaders in business.

If you are interested in being a speaker, donating door prizes for the day, or have any questions, please get in touch with Northmont DECA Advisor Mr. Eric Wagner at ewagner@northmontschools.net or 937-832-6600.
