2026 Holiday Meal Boxes and Christmas Store Registration

Christmas Box pick-up, Sat, Dec 19, 9am -11 am, Northmont FISH
**There will not be another opportunity for pick-up the week following either of these dates.**

If your family needs assistance providing gifts for your children this Christmas, please complete this form. All participants must be registered, and families must be Northmont Residents (unless the family is an active member of one of the Community Table Churches). Applications are only accepted from custodial parent(s) or legal guardians. Children up to age 19 are eligible.
We will not be able to serve anyone who is not registered. In the near future you will receive an email from “Sign-Up Genius” to schedule a date and time to shop.  Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.  Shopping days will be the week of December 7-11, 2026.

**Please note: Several organizations in our community assist us by adopting families! It is possible that your family may be adopted by another organization. Either way, you will be contacted with further information. Keep the following numbers in your contact list so you recognize them when you are called. Community Table Christmas Store (937-830-9428), Northmont FISH (937-836-4807).
Application for Christmas Gift Assistance must be submitted by November 6, 2026.

3. Bring license & registration to Mrs. Hamlin in the main office.
4. Parking cost is 28.00 for year

Here are the 2026-27 highlights to the calendar. More information will be added to the online calendar soon. The print calendar will be mailed to every home with a child enrolled in the district around mid July.

We have adopted a new communication platform, ParentSquare, to help us keep you informed and more connected! We will start using this platform in the 2026-27 school year.

With ParentSquare, you’ll receive all messages in one place, translated into your preferred language, by email, text, app, or web. You will also be able to:

• Send and receive messages with teachers and staff

• Fill out forms and permission slips

• Sign up for conferences and volunteer opportunities

• View calendar items and photos from your child's teacher and the building

All district, school, grade-level, classroom, and athletic communications will come through ParentSquare beginning next school year, 2026-27. Stay tuned for more information!
