Kindergarten Enrollment:
- We will provide dates on Kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year when they become available.
- Students entering Kindergarten MUST be 5 years of age by August 1 of the current school year. Current Northmont Preschool students going into Kindergarten must also register using this process.
Required documents for enrollment: Please upload the following documents into the Final Forms portal.
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Your child’s vaccination record
- Parent identification
- state-issued driver’s license, id, or passport
- Proof of residency (2 forms)
- Property lease or property tax statement
- current utility bill
- Updated physical
- Custodial documents (if applicable)
- Shared Residency Affidavit (if applicable)

Returning Families
Returning Families: To be enrolled in Northmont Schools, you must complete the Final Forms process.
- Log into your account at northmont-oh.finalforms.com and complete all of the forms required to confirm or update your child's information. These forms must be completed, even if nothing has changed.
- If you have forgotten your login info, please utilize the “Forgot your email or password” feature at login.
Required documents for re-enrollment:
- Your child’s birth certificate (if it isn't already uploaded)
- Residency Documents
- Lease or Property tax statement (if your address has changed) AND
- Current utility bill
- Parent Id (if not previously uploaded or has expired)
- Shared Residency Affidavit (if applicable)

- After adding a new student, please complete all forms to the left of the screen.
- When all forms are complete (green), please upload all required enrollment documents

Non-Resident Families
Non-Resident Tuition Program:
*Northmont City School District does not offer open enrollment options and does not accept school choice vouchers.
- The Northmont City School District has a tuition-based program for non-resident students in grades K-12. Non-resident students MAY be eligible for enrollment as a tuition student.
- The Tuition Enrollment Application and Records Release Form must be completed for consideration. Applications are due on August 1 of the current school year.
