Thanksgiving Box pick-up, Sat, Nov 21, 9am-11 am, Salem Church of God.
Christmas Box pick-up, Sat, Dec 19, 9am -11 am, Northmont FISH
**There will not be another opportunity for pick-up the week following either of these dates.**

2026 Community Table/Northmont FISH, Christmas Gift Assistance Registration
If your family needs assistance providing gifts for your children this Christmas, please complete this form. All participants must be registered, and families must be Northmont Residents (unless the family is an active member of one of the Community Table Churches). Applications are only accepted from custodial parent(s) or legal guardians. Children up to age 19 are eligible.
We will not be able to serve anyone who is not registered. In the near future you will receive an email from “Sign-Up Genius” to schedule a date and time to shop.  Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.  Shopping days will be the week of December 7-11, 2026.

**Please note: Several organizations in our community assist us by adopting families! It is possible that your family may be adopted by another organization. Either way, you will be contacted with further information. Keep the following numbers in your contact list so you recognize them when you are called.
