Northmont STARs
Northmont STARs are staff members nominated by their colleagues for living out the beliefs in our Northmont Culture Playbook. STAR stands for Stop, Think, Act, and Reflect. These are the first four skills we work on when responding to events. We then respond to events in a way that is aligned with the beliefs, behaviors, and outcomes in our culture playbook.
